Opened My Eyes

November 15th, 2009

I’ve reached my 850th track posted…that’s a lot of fuckin’ music. It’s been a great trip hasn’t it? From those who have only been checking Daftwho? out for a few weeks to you guys and gals that have been following since the very beginning, which started right after my birthday in March…I think it was all influenced by the fact I was introduced to Warp on a blog and was blown away, especially since it’s only now that it’s getting played in all the Melbourne clubs. Amazing how far ahead you can be in a dance music industry just by checking some blogs every couple of days, heh. Enjoy the new album cover boys and girls.

Anyway, I figure I’d post some of the genre that I was introduced to thanks to this ‘blogosphere’, as they call it. I’m speaking, of course, about Dubstep. It shows how quickly it has become a new filthy favourite, as now the Crookers have produced a dubstep track of their own. So tell me what you’re waiting for.

Designer Drugs – Zombies (Nate Day Remix)

Just want to say something about this little gem. Sduk shows how diverse dubstep can be, to all you haters out there. This is more psychedelic and tripped out, with some great progression throughout, but still holds that dark club vibe we all love.

Dude the ‘Hot Pink Delorean Thriller Night remix’ of designer drug’s zombies is a trillllion times better than that.

Haha, I posted that remix months ago dude and I agree, but as I said above, it’s a dubstep post.
